 Obligations

•  Lead the technical direction and deliver the roadmap for large-scale cloud systems
•  Act as a technical leader who promotes and directs the work of development teams, including internal and external team members
•  Determines  feasibility of action by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development and proposed solutions
•  Determines functional requirements in detail through discussions with product managers and customers
•  Supports continuous improvement by exploring alternatives and new technologies
•  Prepares and installs solutions by defining and designing system specifications, standards and programming
•  Evaluate code to ensure  it is valid,  properly structured, meets industry standards, and is compatible with browsers, devices, or operating systems.
•  Mentoring software engineers enables skill/knowledge development through mentoring, coaching and training opportunities
•  Update your professional knowledge by learning cutting-edge development tools, programming techniques and computing devices; participation in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintenance of personal networks; participate in professional organizations
•  May perform other  duties as directed by HR Managers

 Knowledge, skills and abilities

•  Extensive experience  with cloud-based software (Salesforce), Jira, Gitlab, DevOps
•  In-depth knowledge of software development methods, practices, concepts and technologies acquired through formal education and/or work experience
•  Proactively share software development and testing knowledge and skills to solve multiple problems
•  In-depth knowledge of at least one  programming language required
•  Excellent partnership, communication, negotiation  and execution skills when working with diverse technology or partner teams
•  Ability to express (verbally/visually) ideas, approach, concepts, options, risks, impacts and provide guidance to technical, non-technical and executive audiences
•  Ability to manage multiple tasks, whether administrative or project related,  maintaining excellence in all responsibilities
•  Ability to lead others
•  Ability to lead brainstorming, pitching, mentoring and group brainstorming sessions
•  Ability to influence without authority
