  We are looking for team members who are focused on delivery, passionate about customer service, make data-driven decisions, are lifelong learners and want to work in a fast-paced, problem-solving  environment. 

 This role is in the Data  and Integration team. Our responsibility is to provide a day-to-day overview of technologies/services that support multiple data and integration platforms across the enterprise. The team is also responsible for data analysis including finance, HCM, legal, tax and intellectual property. The group has

 distinct areas: master data maintenance (MDM), internal and external (B2B) data integration; Data Warehouse and Data Lakes on cloud-based and on-premises platforms.

 In particular, you will work with technology partners, users and partners in the Application Technologies group.

 Responsibilities:

•  Manage the delivery of high-quality, scalable and efficient solutions using webMethods integration software solutions that meet business requirements and align with architectural designs and technology strategies.
•  Design and implement complex webMethods technology solutions in collaboration with solution architects, product and engineering managers to support  our goals.
•  Investigate and resolve production-related issues in a timely manner from end-user (UI) to persistence levels.
•  Manage technical recovery of critical systems, working with multiple internal and external partners and vendors or outsourced service delivery teams
•  Monitor service performance and recommend areas of focus for continuous improvement program, including application  management
•  Develops and manages a technology valuation plan
•  Monitor related security and vulnerability management activities
•  Participate in call schedule or rotation (as needed)
•  Deep domain and technical expertise is critical as delivery occurs in a matrix environment with internal and external partners and suppliers. 
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships in a matrix environment with other departments, groups and employees with whom work must be coordinated or restricted.
• A pleasant effect to achieve the desired results.
• We can make decisions both within our role and are comfortable dealing with risk and uncertainty through supplier management
•  Responsible for supplier/partner coordination in resolving incidents/problems/requests in a timely manner, ensuring service level and quality objectives are met.
•  Collect requirements for minor improvements and track product received from  vendors
•  Promote the use of agile development methodologies with a focus on improving the speed and quality of deliverable work products through DevOps practices and automated testing. In collaboration with the application security team, "security by design" is implemented and it is ensured that all solutions meet security standards.
•  Participate in regular problem analysis meetings and post-implementation reviews to document insights and ensure  continuous improvement of  IT services.
