Minimum requirements:

•  Lower university education or equivalent practical work experience
•  years of experience in business development or partnerships, including managing consultants or managing executive relationships with partners in an internet or media company.
•  Versatile work experience at management level, inside and outside the company.
•  Experience in advertising industry sales with publisher or publisher-centric technology

 Desired Qualification:

•  Experience negotiating and managing strategic partnerships in the advertising and/or media industry, particularly with a DSP, SSP, YouTube, YouTube TV or  similar programmatic ad technology company.
•  Ability to balance multiple high-priority initiatives and manage multiple time-sensitive partnerships and/or projects simultaneously with minimal supervision,  entrepreneurial, open-minded, collaborative and engaged approach to business.
•  Excellent strategic  and problem-solving skills,  excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage an ambiguous and  rapidly changing business environment
•  Passion  and understanding of Google products, the advertising industry and the digital media

 As a Strategic Partnership Development Manager, you will open doors with potential partners, lead exploratory discussions and evaluate/develop business opportunities. You  lead multidisciplinary teams, provide thought leadership and act as a mentor to supervisors and partners. You are able to present and present business development strategies and key issues to senior management. You will work closely with Google product, engineering, legal and sales teams on new product initiatives and key strategic relationships that support our online advertising business.
