As part of a centralized talent coordination team, you will be responsible for designing a high-quality candidate experience that reflects the Netflix culture and thoughtfully incorporates local cultural nuances. This requires close collaboration and partnership with talent acquisition, managers, panelists, executive assistants, etc.

In this role you will:

• Impeccable with detail - You understand the value of detail and navigate the coordination workflow with care and detail.
• Be a critical thinker - quickly and accurately identify roadblocks, gather resources, propose alternatives to our partners and implement.
• Be a partner - you respond quickly to new information (changes in pace, quantity, structure and strategy), effectively reprioritizing without compromising quality. to know and understand the value of people in relation to the process.
• Be a smart communicator - deliver the right information to the right people at the right time.
• Be an optimizer – find the fastest way to coordinate interview logistics without compromising on providing an incredible experience for our candidates and stakeholders alike. Be a Host - Be an attentive and responsive host to our candidates when they are on-site at Netflix.
