 As the Technical Program Manager at LAC Technology, you will be responsible for building strong personal and technical collaborations with the licensees' technology team to ensure consistent engagement and brand standards. You will work closely with corporate, product, external suppliers and licensees to design and implement roadmaps for customer and retail technology solutions including POS, store inventory, loyalty and mobile applications in the LAC market.

  As an industry advocate, this position is responsible for gathering unique market and licensee  requirements and sharing them with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize and improve the product. You are the point of contact for licensees, bringing together the right partners and suppliers  to devise and implement both business and technical solutions for specific market needs.

 Summary of main responsibilities:

 Responsibilities and key tasks include, but are not limited to:

•  Serves as primary point of contact for LAC regional and licensee teams, serves as liaison between licensee technology teams and Starbucks product owners.
• Acts as spokesperson for the working portfolio of the LAC region.
• We are responsible for advancing the shared strategic vision of delivering a holistic experience to our licensees by working closely with LAC's international and  regional operational teams and understanding their goals and agenda. In-depth knowledge of regional vendors used by Starbucks and licensees
•  Negotiates with  sponsoring business units to develop a clearly articulated vision, mission, business model and results program charter. Works cross-functionally with business and technology partners, licensee teams, suppliers and other teams to ensure successful program execution.
• Ensures program projects meet established GLF standards. 
• Develops an integrated plan that includes program deliverables, strategic alignment, milestones, risks, assumptions and dependencies.
• Updates program plans, priorities and order of projects as needed. 
• Ensures that all project teams working on the program understand and strive to achieve the program's business vision, goals and objectives.
• Analyzes and evaluates project interdependencies and their impact on the program. Recommends and implements program improvements to meet changing mission parameters and requirements. 
• Monitors project implementation to ensure  key milestones and financial parameters are met and  projects are  effectively executed to achieve  overall program objectives.
• Communicates program status accurately and timely to participants and stakeholders.
• Escalates to resolve issues  as needed. Ensures compliance with program management.
