 The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering marketing activity through our partners’ (broadband / pay TV / mobile operators) sales channels and retail outlets. They will function as an important link between our broader partner marketing functions; business development, product, and local title marketing teams to define best practices and deliver growth, primarily in the Northern European region (Benelux, Nordics, and UK).

  Key Responsibilities:

•  Work alongside the Partner Marketing team to establish strong working relationships with partner marketing teams across the Northern European region (e.g. KPN, Proximus, Telia, Telenor, Nuuday).  Create and execute complete ‘go to market’ plans for new and existing partner offers with a focus on the full sales cycle, including retail, call centers, e-commerce and up- and cross-selling to the partner base.
•  Work with insights to define how we can drive incremental growth by defining audience segments, base opportunities, channel splits, and featuring specific content. Work with local commercial/creative agencies to develop creative and engaging sales campaigns to promote our partner offerings and leverage our content. Responsible for the creation of all promotional materials: digital assets, social media posts, retail assets and primary communications.
•  We ensure we maximize the impact of our marketing campaigns and investments through continuous testing and identify corrective actions where necessary to improve.
•  In addition to partner marketing, partner solutions and business development channels, agreements can be negotiated to maximize Netflix's exposure to sales channels and partner entities. Secure opportunities to engage, train and motivate sales teams across all sales channels (call center, retail). Explore opportunities to expand this business and establish best practices in the EMEA region.
•  Design and record directly on produced, created, curated and delivered Netflix partner assets.
•  Marketing tools applied to management: toolkits, educational materials, partner portals and  case studies. It protects the attribution/representation of the Netflix brand and the use of  Netflix and studio content in the creations of European partners.

Requirements: Successful candidates must demonstrate the following qualities:

•  thrive on the Netflix culture;
•  Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial/retail/sales channel environments (preferably pay TV, telecommunications, digital distribution, video games, music industry, etc.).
• Fluency in English is required. Fluency in  Benelux and Nordic languages ​​is an added advantage.
•  Gain a solid understanding of the partner sales pipeline, including training and incentives. Experience in CRM/base management, up-selling and cross-selling strategies is a  plus. 
• Experience  managing the creation, retention and delivery of assets across multiple channels (preferably leisure property management).
• Experience running and operating an affiliate marketing program.
•  Strong knowledge and interest in work and creative challenges.
•  Excellent communication and people skills. 
• Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously without the support of a large team, working  independently and in close collaboration with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. 
• Independent, efficient and highly organized.
• Test and learn quickly without getting stuck in the process.
• The love of entertainment.
