 The ideal candidate will have experience  managing end-to-end accounts payable operations for invoice processing, payment processing, AP month closing and reconciliation. He has a strong understanding of accounts payable and provisionable (P2P) workflows, the ability to collaborate with technical teams and build strong cross-regional and cross-functional relationships, and a deep curiosity and passion for automation and processes. improvements and the ability to see the bigger picture, but still handle the details to achieve the team's goals.

 Obligations

•  Daily queue and workload management
•  SLA violation tickets, root cause analysis and mitigation plans
•  Regular coordination with  APAC regional management to ensure  KPIs and SLAs are acceptable
•  Manage cultural updates and conversations
•  Manage employee leave, coverage and overtime. All the areas mentioned here should be a regular topic of discussion with the APAC regional manager.
•  First point of contact for questions, identifying gaps based on escalation and creating training plans based on identified gaps in collaboration with the respective AP Regional Director.
•  Regular team meetings (ie "huddles"); frequent 1:1 with  Manila team and  monthly or quarterly synchronization with AP Regional Managers
•  Identification of escalations and breakdowns that the team presents to Regional Managers
•  Communicate personnel issues or concerns of the Manila team to the Regional Manager in a timely manner so that the Regional Manager can manage and plan for emergencies.

  Required skills

•  Experienced HR manager, preferably in an international company
•  Demonstrates ability to lead a diverse dynamic and talented team in a fast-paced environment
•  Understanding of US and international GAAP accounting principles
•  Able to maintain a high level of accuracy in reviewing and auditing billing and payment transactions that meet AP controls and SOX requirements.
•  Customer service oriented person with best in class focus on communication, detail and conflict resolution
•  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•  Management of Excel and ERP systems (work experience is useful)
•  Experience with ticketing tools such as FreshDesk or Zendesk is a plus
•  Forward-thinking thinker who can articulate the need for process improvements and implement them
•  Understanding of SOX compliance rules and guidelines
•  Proficiency in English, knowledge of other languages ​​is useful.
