 As an account partner, you support Vitalant's life-saving mission by reaching monthly and annual blood donation  goals in a specific area or through multiple blood donation accounts. You will work with a team of Transfusion Coordinators and help them  maximize their donor recruitment, especially for first-time donors. You will maintain blood transfusion accounts while identifying  account growth opportunities.

 We are looking for a person who can:

•  Work with blood donation coordinators to help recruit and encourage first-time donors, extend donor deadlines, and increase donation frequency.
• Mentor volunteer blood transfusion coordinators and committee members to ensure a successful blood donation.
• Manage  potential accounts that are performing below expectations by implementing tactics to improve blood transfusions.
• Sells blood collection dates  designed to help meet monthly and annual collection goals. 
• Support the development of individual blood donation recruitment plans  and accounts to improve donor recruitment. Norm
•  Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of formal education and experience
•  Valid national driver's license
•  1 year experience in similar field.
