 The Account Manager role is a great opportunity to showcase your PR and sales skills. This role focuses on SMB after-sales activities to effectively and optimally work with SME merchants (not just restaurants), deepening relationships to increase business retention and turnover and expand service. Account Managers are critical to maintaining our most valuable accounts, ensuring the success of new partners  on our platform, and consulting with partners with growth potential.

 What the applicant needs / bonus points

  What does the candidate do?

•  Manage your SMB restaurant partner's book of business  on the Uber Eats platform
•  Proactively identify key risks to your business and engage restaurants through external calls, monthly reviews and continuous performance reporting.
•  Find opportunities to cross-sell similar products by expanding your accounts in multiple ways
•  Build meaningful and lasting relationships to make Uber Eats the delivery platform of choice for our restaurants
•  Maintain communication channels with dealers through email, phone and face-to-face meetings
•  Feedback from the main restaurant partner helps gain insight
•  Act as an ambassador for the Uber Eats mission, brand and product

 -bachelor's degree -

•   Account Manager - At least 3 years experience in sales, operations, account management or similar duties
•  Excellent work ethic and attention to detail
•  Great communication
•  Ability to clearly articulate the value proposition and ask the right questions to  overcome objections to achieve customer engagement
•  Willingly roll up your sleeves and get into the grass with your most valuable partners
•  Proficiency in Salesforce and Google Sheets/Excel
•  - Preferred Qualifications -
•  Strong critical thinking skills
•  Analytical Skills - Ability to segment large data sets and translate them into real results to drive KPIs using Excel/Google Suite and Salesforce (good to have)
•  Experience in creating processes and solving problems at scale
•  Mandarin, Spanish, Japanese, Korean
