 Responsibilities:

•  Manage complex calendars for multiple administrators
•  Timely processing of consumer reports 
•  Promote clear and close communication between all necessary parties
•  Collaborate with other managers across multiple departments
•  We ensure that in large meetings the technology works smoothly for presentations, meeting recordings, video conferencing, etc.
•  Manage Google Groups distributions and organizational charts Update production financial information related to Netflix apps
•  Updating production financial data in Google Spreadsheet trackers
•  Occasional lunch or event planning Organize travel at home and abroad

 Qualifications:

•  The ability to manage a highly active desktop that supports multiple simultaneous productions
•  Ability to answer occasional topical and urgent questions after hours 
•  A team player who works in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
•  Ability to be discreet and maintain confidential information
•  Strong written and verbal communication skills
•  Ability to multitask at high volume 
•  Ability or ability to learn to use and learn Google applications (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Forms and Calendar).
•  Nice technology for meetings, free, learning how to use Netflix apps
•  Flexibility to handle rapid and frequent changes and interest in  new tasks as they arise
