Full Job Description

The HR Generalist will help run the every day features of the Human useful resource (HR) branch which include hiring team of workers, administering pay, benefits, and go away, and imposing agency rules and practices. The HR Generalist will serve as a point of contact for employee questions/concerns, in addition to branch supervisors for all employees subjects.

Role duties include, but no longer restrained to:

• Semi-month-to-month processing of payroll (Paychex).
• Help with recruitment by advertising and marketing activity openings, screen incoming resumes, interview candidates and agenda secondary interviews with managers.
• Create onboarding plans and educate newly hired personnel on HR regulations, advantages, and internal approaches and policies.
• Method terminations, conduct go out interviews and provide off-boarding assist to managers and employees.
• Administer employee benefits together with medical and ancillary blessings, 401K plan, FMLA, and people’ compensation, and assist with open enrollment.
• Hold digital documents and data for personnel via Paychex machine.
• System requests for employee transfers, adjustments in activity type, earnings will increase, and other associated employment subjects.
• Offer steering to managers and supervisors on HR guidelines and methods.
• Provide reports to supervisor, internal managers, outside agencies, and auditors.
• Assist in reporting of workplace injuries and injuries.
• Perform different responsibilities as assigned.
