Zocdoc's most important asset is its people. As a Senior HRIS Analyst, you will play an important role in the creation and configuration of HRIS (Workday). You will work closely with a wider team of people including Shared Services, Recruiting, HR and Finance who have the operational and technical skills to implement and maintain sustainable solutions across our HR systems.

 Your day is...

•  Design and maintain scalable and efficient system processes that support our rapid growth while providing an excellent management and employee experience
•  Set up and maintain daily reports, dashboards and security management
•  Collaborate with business and technical teams on integration design and maintenance
•  Provide operational support to end users to help troubleshoot and resolve system issues
•  Provide training, presentations and documentation on our Workday HRIS Services to business stakeholders 
•  Assess HRIS needs and propose new or modify existing HRIS functions to meet changing requirements

 You will succeed in this mission if you have…

•  Significant ( years) work experience with Workday (core HCM, Advanced Compensation, Report Writing, Security Management and People Analytics)
•  Basic knowledge of daily HR processes and annual programs (e.g. 
•  You have a basic knowledge of integration
•  Experience in project management and cross-team collaboration 
•  Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing demands and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
