•  This job is a member of the Branch Operations team at American Airlines Credit Union.
• This role is responsible for building positive relationships with American Airlines Credit Union members, which is essential to understanding member needs and recommending  products and services appropriate to meet those needs.

what will you do

•  Open new accounts, sell and process credit union services to new and existing members
•  Make deposits and process loan payments
•  Process various financial transactions and maintain account information
•  If necessary, provide notary services
•  Create and promote a positive name  for the credit union
•  Collaborate with branch/department managers and take advantage of cross-selling opportunities
•  Research member surveys and test timely solutions as needed
•  Maintain awareness of all branches and responsibilities to provide appropriate support and coverage at all times
•  Implement and monitor internal control and security measures in accordance with Credit Union policies and board rules
•  Promotes a culture that promotes teamwork, service quality and relationship building across broad areas and throughout the  organization
•  Perform loan interviews, processing and payment functions as assigned by supervisor
•  Depending on the job, you may work alternate Saturdays
•  Perform other duties as directed
•  The selected individual will be responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of all accounts and information related to their work and for ensuring that their work complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to banking. Privacy Act.
