 As a Solutions Associate, you will work with the Operations team to develop new tools and processes that will shape the way our growing team brings joy to our fans. Our team is small and you will influence the entire life cycle of these new ways of working.

What you  do:

•  Collaborate with Live Experiences stakeholders to understand their challenges and improve their workflow in a fast-paced and changing business environment.
• Analyze existing cross-functional workflows such as supplier management, manufacturing and pipeline management, and financial planning to clearly articulate key challenges and prioritize  based on business impact. Design custom complete solutions  and implement Live Experiences tools and processes under the leadership of a solution manager.
• Conduct product discovery and discover problems that can be solved with new tools and processes. 
• Support the implementation and adoption of new processes and tools through training sessions and training documentation and by answering daily questions. 

What we need from you:

•  Strong curiosity and desire to learn new technologies and companies. The desire to constantly renew.
•  Experience working with stakeholders and product teams to identify inefficiencies and design solutions. 
• Interest in location-based entertainment and consumer goods. Hands-on experience is developed using low-code tools like Monday.com, Airtable or Asana. 
• Ability to mobilize partners for a common goal and collect and synthesize user feedback. 
• Ability to create measurement systems and use/interpret data to evaluate and make recommendations for business improvement  (experience with SQL, pivot tables or whiteboards plus). 
• Project and program management experience - managing and implementing projects in a diverse environment.
