Obligations

• Complete standard work process and follow work instructions, procedures and rotate as needed.
• Show flexibility according to business needs.
• Operate complex production equipment under supervision.
• Escalate technical and process issues to appropriate support teams and managers.
• Production workers must be able to perform a variety of critical functions across multiple manufacturing and production lines and work areas as needed by the business. Follow safety instructions and procedures.
• Demonstrate a high level of professionalism.
• Exemplary attendance and punctuality are critical to team success.
• Work environment / necessary physical requirements
• Ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods of time, up to 12 hours per day, including but not limited to:
• Frequently and repetitively lift, press and carry up to 35 lbs.
• Ability to carry 20 kilograms. up and down the stairs.
• Bend, lift and extend frequently and repeatedly to install main vehicles of various sizes and weights accurately and within specified time frames.
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 12 hours a day, including on variable and uneven terrain.
• Bending, lying, stooping, reaching, crouching, kneeling, crouching, twisting and crawling for long periods of time, including up to 12 hours a day.
• Climb and swing on ladders, scaffolding or other tall structures. Ability to find problems in the work process and receive safety signals by sight, touch and hearing.
• Demonstrated ability to handle and manipulate tools and mechanically fasten bolts within the required cycle, quickly and accurately during new employee training and maintain proficiency during employment.
• Exposure to hazardous materials used in the painting process and following waste handling/disposal.
• Use of personal protective equipment, including but not limited to: safety glasses, safety shoes, hard hats, hearing protection, full face respirators, gloves, and following prescribed safety rules and instructions.
• Open to scheduling flexibility that allows for a variety of shifts, including days, nights, nights and/or weekends as needed and possible overtime. Ability to work in a team-oriented manufacturing or production environment, including strong communication and interaction with your teammates.
• Ability and willingness to work in a safe and collaborative work environment.
• Ability to work quickly while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
