Manage research projects through research protocols, regulatory requirements, and institutional policies; perform the nursing process for study participants and perform clinical and administrative activities to support evidence-based practice.

Main responsibility

• Plan, coordinate and manage all activities related to a specific clinical trial. (50%)
• Work with PIs and other staff to identify potentially eligible patients. (15%)
• Assess patient's knowledge and understanding of clinical studies. (15%)
• Provide training for patients, families and staff involved in clinical trials. (10%)
• Fixed an issue with support zones when meeting research protocol requirements. (5%)
• Ensure compliance with IRB and all regulatory bodies. (5%)

• Perform other tasks assigned or required.

qualification

minimum

• Current PA RN license
• 2 years as a nurse
• Experience with Windows based computer programs

More preferable

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• 2 years as a Research Nurse
