 NOTE. This is NOT a work of game content, but a presentation of the game interface on Netflix.

Responsibilities:

• Initiating, defining and managing new content design projects from concept to completion in the game production area. 
• Collaborate with other designers (content, visual, interactive, motion) and prototypers to explore and develop how gaming experiences are presented on Netflix.  
• Write UI UX copy for Netflix product and plan content strategy to present game information  on Netflix.
• Conduct research for A/B testing and qualitative research using data to inform content design decisions that  engage  and retain viewers. 
• Document  language and word choices according to design specifications, following the game's existing vocabulary and style guide.  
• Adding and modifying existing game vocabulary and style guide as needed. 
• Present content design work to key stakeholders, team members and other content designers and writers for visibility and feedback.
•  Define content design workflows and work parameters  to initiate and execute discussion.

 Standard:

• 8 years of experience in content planning, content strategy and/or UX writing.
• A storyteller at heart, able to create and orchestrate coherent stories around product touch points.
• Highly organized, attention to detail, able to effectively prioritize and respond  to the changing needs of the team. 
• Comfortable with ambiguity, managing decisions and outcomes from design to completion.
•  Ability to collaborate with designers and researchers to improve and define a strong product voice and  specific message.
• Experience in developing planning systems and language frameworks or rubrics. 
• Communicate productively with visual thinkers and feel comfortable defending your vision in our open, feedback-driven culture. 
• Proactive self-starter who can cope in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment. -Positive attitude, especially when  responsibilities and workflows change.
•  Experience working with large cross-functional teams to increase efficiency.
•  Enthusiasm and passion for gaming and bringing Netflix games to members  around the world.
•  Knowledge of interactive or gaming content is beneficial.
