As a Lead Systems Designer, you... Design and implement key development systems including finance and UX

• Simple metagame system and narrative design
• Collaborate with UX designers, artists and engineers to develop pipelines and processes
• Take part in nuclear battles and face the engineering efforts
• Create design documents and manuals for the development team

• Responsible for criticism and feedback
• Able to convey ideas clearly and effectively

Skills and experience:

• Strong knowledge of RPG progression systems
• Experience with financial models and their implementation
• Story planning and writing experience
• Two or more delivered action RPG games

Would like to see:

• Experience working with the Unreal engine
• Passion for cooperative action games
• Plays widely across multiple genres
• Works effectively with external and on-site teams
• She enjoys learning new skills, mentoring others and fostering positive relationships
• Experience creating pipelines and data structures for innovative game mechanics
