 Responsibilities:

•  You design, implement and own the UX experience in the game
•  You will work closely with the team lead and designers, UX researchers, artists and developers to influence key design decisions by sharing player goals and user experience drivers.
•  You  work on a game or task throughout its life cycle
•  You  promote user-centered design: understanding the problem, empathizing with users and providing user-friendly design solutions
•  You should work iteratively, giving, seeking and receiving feedback regularly
•  We provide high quality UX documentation
•  You are expected to have opportunities to improve the game

 Standard:

•  You have a proven track record of providing a holistic vision and strategy to the team
•  You have  passion  and have worked to improve usability, engagement and accessibility
•  You have strong experience with Figma or similar
•  You are comfortable working with Unity
•  You will have hands-on experience  creating metal frames, layouts, flows and prototyping
•  You are a natural communicator, with good presentation and organizational skills
•  You are a strong team player, responsive, empathetic, proactive, humble and a problem solver
•  You are an experienced mentor with the ability to guide younger colleagues
•  You can share best practices and create guidelines for  team members
•  You are able to react and adapt quickly in a constantly changing environment
