The Design Producer advances the project effort by diving deep into the issues, identifying and mitigating project risks, mitigating dependencies, representing the client internally and strategically, and managing all issues affecting deliverables and schedules. This person is an excellent facilitator and presenter who can captivate a room through storytelling and engage the audience in conversation and workshops. The ideal design producer has worked on many different types of projects across broad geographies and market segments, communicates clearly and concisely, has organizational skills and  the ability to work across multiple time zones. •  5 years as a team leader and producer or product manager in a software  or office environment.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and achieve results while juggling multiple projects and priorities. Accurate ability to grasp complexity quickly and  focus on key issues.
•  A compelling desire to provide our clients with innovative and exceptional human interface design. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  
• Meticulous attention to detail.  Ability to adapt to constant changes. Experience managing remote workflows and partners across multiple time zones.
•  Proven experience working with multidisciplinary teams (design, engineering, business, R&D and others) to create, iterate, launch and improve new product models.

Description 

•  The App Store Design Producer joins a group of human interface design producers focused on media products and services.
• They drive the operational strategy and are responsible for the action plan. Additionally, they work with design service providers to create programs for the needs of the design organization.
• They are fully responsible for the implementation and start-up phases of newly introduced programs and conduct meetings and design reviews.
• In addition to capturing key ideas, decisions, questions, and action items in meeting notes, they track and report project status, including information status and future or planned deliverables.
• They negotiate  the design team's priorities (due to limited resources and a complex schedule) and ensure timely delivery of design information to design.
• They review software versions to ensure project integrity is intact during implementation, and continually improve processes and communications in an ever-changing, fast-paced work environment.
