Responsibilities:

 Initiate, define and lead new content design projects in the game product area, from concept to completion. Collaborate with other designers (content, visual, interaction, motion) and prototype designers to explore and develop how to deliver the game experience on Netflix. - Write the UX version of the user interface of the Netflix product and design the content strategy for a Netflix show about a game.

• Explore A/B testing and qualitative research, using data to inform content design decisions that will attract and retain audiences. - Document language and word choices in the design specification, following the game's existing lexicons and style guides. - Add and modify existing game glossaries and style guides as needed. Present content design work to key stakeholders, team members, and other content designers and authors for visibility and feedback.
• Design workflows and parameters for business definition content to drive discussion and lead to implementation.

 It requires:

•  8 years of experience in content design, content strategy and/or UX writing. 
• Essentially a storyteller  who can create and organize coherent narratives across product touchpoints. 
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to  prioritize and respond effectively to the team's changing needs.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, decision making and the journey from idea to conclusion.
•  Ability to work with designers and researchers to refine and define a strong product voice and  message.

 Experience in the development of design systems, language frameworks or grammars. - Connect productively with visual thinkers and feel comfortable advocating for your opinions in our culture of honest observation. - A proactive self-learner who thrives in ambiguous and fast-paced environments. Positive attitude, especially in the face of changing responsibilities and work processes.

•  Experience working with large cross-functional teams to make an impact.
•  Passion and passion for video games,  bringing Netflix games to members  around the world.
•  Experience with interactive content or favorite game.
