 We're looking for a Lead Product Designer to push the boundaries of what it means to connect with other members through Netflix games. The core gaming experience is shared experiences with friends, family  and people who share common interests and passions. Obligations

•  Develop a strong and informed project perspective and connect the organization with a vision. 
• Identify, define and drive innovation initiatives and product features from concept to release.
• Work with a small team of designers and multidisciplinary partners to research, test and develop community gaming experiences on Netflix.
• Collaborate with internal and external game studios to design and implement new platform features for widespread adoption.
•  Own the end-to-end design process, from blue-sky design  to UX specifications and high-quality UI design, and work closely with cross-functional partners to balance polish and speed to effective execution. 
• Develop and maintain positive relationships and collaboration with partners and stakeholders. 

Qualifications

•  Proven leadership and strategic ability to lead initiatives and projects
•  Known for creative and technical excellence, strategic thinking, client advocacy and business acumen
•  Identify business needs using industry knowledge and business context; change your team's work to accommodate complexity and uncertainty. Deep understanding of the social mechanics of games, user expectations, behaviors and trends in community building  and digital engagement
•  Multiple successful gaming platform products/releases that significantly impacted player experience and  business
•  In-depth understanding of game production methods, technologies and game industry trends
•  Understand exactly what motivates users and disseminate that knowledge throughout the organization
•  Able to independently organize, break down and structure complex problems
•  Demonstrates a strong commitment to the inclusion of all voices and creates space for diverse communication styles
•  Stakeholders are constantly looking for leadership, problem solving and decision making; acts as a key stakeholder in creating successful and impressive work for other groups. Consistently produces and/or facilitates activity that improves the quality of the work of his team.
•  Ability to quickly produce a wide range of UX/UI concepts and dig deep to identify edge cases.
•  Experience with A/B testing and using data to inform design decisions is a plus
•  Figma experience and working with established design systems is a plus.
