 The main tasks include:

•  Support the implementation of a frequent and consistent third party risk management program to effectively manage third party risks in accordance with internal policies and federal/state regulations.
• Lead internal stakeholders to ensure full understanding of third party risk management process requirements. Manages the engagement of existing new and emerging third parties. 
• Initiate and manage third party communications regarding due diligence  and other documentation requests
•  Collect and analyze information received from third parties. Collaborate with business owners, internal stakeholders and third parties to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and laws throughout the third party lifecycle.
•  Manage contract renewal tracking  and third party inventory 
•  Build strong relationships and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders. Escalate risk issues to  appropriate individuals as needed.  Communicate with certain third parties regarding risk issues and solution management. Also collaborate with internal teams to analyze and resolve potential issues.  Support internal and external company audits 
•  Lead initiatives and drive creativity to improve and simplify processes
•  Participate in the creation of an advanced risk management framework in collaboration with industry experts and third-party lifecycle management process owners.

 Qualifications:

 Mandatory attributes:

•  Working knowledge of third party risk management process and understanding of risks
•  Professionalism of service level agreements and/or contract requirements
•  Ability to interpret information security information and processes to identify potential compliance and/or issues
•  Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to draft documents and build consensus within a large team
•  High accuracy and productivity, detail oriented
•  Independent and high  personal responsibility. Flexible approach and ability to "think outside the box"
•  Mastery of Microsoft Office productivity applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
•  Suitable for flexible working  hours
•  Strong organizational and project management skills.  Sharp critical  skills, sound judgment and judgment. Ability to work both collaboratively and independently. 
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment where the customer always comes first.
