This role primarily supports Southwest's technology department by executing technology contracts, amendments and negotiations, and analyzing/interpreting existing contracts. This advocate will collaborate with teams and leaders across the company in Technology, Supply Chain, Southwest Business and various stakeholders. A corporate and transactional attorney, she is a detail-oriented thinker with a desire to advance her work and stakeholders. •   Summary of work
•  A licensed attorney with solid corporate  and transactional experience, provides excellent legal advice and guidance, negotiates complex contracts, has the ability and desire to learn a variety of disciplines and effectively represents the Southwest with outside vendors, attorneys and others.

Obligations

•  He must be able to meet all the physical ability requirements listed in this description. 
•  May perform other  duties as directed by HR Managers. Attorney - The Company and Transactions generally represents the Company in dealings with (i) various departments of the Company and their managers, and (ii) external parties with whom the Compan does or may do business, each  of which is managed by a Limited Assistant. Director. a lawyer or other  senior lawyer; and especially:
•  Act as the legal contact for the company's supply chain management, technology and other departments in the negotiation, drafting and review of large and/or atypical business and technology agreements, including licensing agreements, maintenance, professional services, cloud services agreements , outsourcing. , software-as-a-service agreements, hardware purchase agreements, e-commerce agreements, web and mobile hosting and development agreements, valuation agreements, confidentiality agreements, and telecommunications agreements.
•   Analyze and interpret existing business contracts to provide advice and guidance.
•   Collaborate with legal  colleagues on a variety of legal and regulatory matters with an emphasis on privacy, security and regulatory compliance.
•   Provide legal advice on intellectual property matters, including trademarks, copyrights, patents and domain names.
•   Strategically manage external consulting and budgets.  Ability to effectively prioritize and manage concurrent projects with competing business needs.
•  Performs other duties requiring legal research and analysis and/or negotiations as  requested by the General Counsel, Deputy General Counsel or other  senior counsel.
