They  have  broad and deep experience  and knowledge of IAM architectures, products and services in on-premises, cloud, hybrid and multi-cloud SaaS environments. This candidate must be able to evaluate and deconstruct legacy architectures and create new world-class architectures from scratch.

 Basic Responsibilities:

•  Develop detailed architecture, standards, design, and implementation documentation for the CIAM program.  Evangelize  CIAM strategy, CDR practices and standards, and standard methodologies across teams to integrate their identity into their agendas and customer experiences across all digital channels.
•  As a domain expert (SME), advises CTOs, application  teams and systems engineers on the architecture,  design, engineering and lifecycle of CIAM solutions.
•  Evaluates and advises on  IAM, identity verification, identity verification and fraud detection tools
•  Participate in capacity planning, performance testing and disaster recovery discussions to ensure an efficient, highly available and resilient platform.  Create and manage user documentation for all types of audiences, from highly technical guides to advanced emerging technology and vendor studies and roadmaps.
•  Solve complex problems, provide technical guidance and operate as an SME. As Technical Director, they  mentor and guide the junior members of the IAM team

 Qualifications

•  What is needed to succeed (minimum requirements):
•  10 years  experience  with  Identity platform like ForgeRock, Okta, Ping Identity, Cognito, Amazon Web Services (AWS) IAM
•  Experience with SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, FIDO and WebAuthN
•  Hands-on experience with cloud platform providers such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
•  Knowledge of RDBMS (Oracle), DataPower and customer data platforms
•  Knowledge of modern software lifecycle development and automated cloud infrastructure implementation
•  B.S. in the STEM field
•  Security credentials such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or ISACA Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
