PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES
- Create, manage and optimize ad campaigns to achieve desired ROAS on Facebook Messenger and Instagram Messenger, as well as several other Messenger platforms, including sponsored posts and chatbots.
- You must have high ManyChat expertise. You must be able to communicate and create your vision from the ad click, to the conversation, to the objective treatment, to the end, and everything in between.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging messaging content including text, images, video and interactive elements.
- Develop and implement strategies that increase customer engagement, lead generation, conversions and revenue.
- Use data and analytics to track and measure campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, messaging platforms and policy changes and new best practices.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients by providing regular updates on campaign performance and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement. Provide guidance and support to internal teams, including sales, marketing and creative teams, in the use of communication platforms for advertising.
- Ensure all advertising campaigns follow platform policies and best practices.
- Ensure that all advertising campaigns comply with any laws or regulations applicable in the territory where the aids are displayed or used.

- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Experience maintaining a positive attitude while working in a team environment with competing priorities
- Stay up to date on industry trends, messaging platform and policy changes, and new best practices.
- You are familiar with digital advertising tools and platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager and know how to use them to create and manage campaigns.
