This role is responsible for the administrative and operational support of American Express International Card Services Commercial Hong Kong.

Main tasks include:

•  Provide administrative support to International Card Services Business sales and account development team in Hong Kong
•  Manage onboarding and onboarding processes for team members, including organizing peer onboarding sessions, updating onboarding materials and monitoring system access.
•  Supporting business analyst and managers in performance monitoring and development reporting 
•  Create Salesforce reports to support the sales and account development team in managing pipelines and improving sales results
•  Work with Salesforce Australian platform experts to resolve cases
•  Manage sales manager assignment process and account ownership management
•  Maintain a comprehensive record of  internal guidelines and a central repository of documents
•  Conduct regular expense tracking and collection to ensure effective budget management
•  Supports general administrative and logistical requests, for example for internal or external meetings, events, town hall meetings

 Qualifications:

•  Diploma or higher
•  Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with strong attention to detail
•  Experience effectively managing multiple functions in a dynamic environment
•  Self-starter and able to work independently
•  Excellent time management
•  Good oral and written communication skills in Chinese and English
•  Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
