 What you do:

•  Supporting HR decisions and creating spreadsheets, Power BI and other dashboards
•  Supporting the budget process and long-term planning, so a lot of focus on financials/data 
•  Support the introduction of new performance metrics

 What you bring:

•  You were involved in preparing budgets for the organization
•  You have a strong financial background and skills
•  You worked in purchasing, contract negotiations, supplier relations
•  You enjoy solving complex challenges through data analysis
•  You are comfortable managing a good amount of data
