 We are looking for a highly motivated and solution oriented Senior Analyst to join our Analytics team. We focus on maximizing the business impact of our machine learning models through experimentation and post-model evaluation. We enhance our models and their outputs with analytical products to improve decision making across the enterprise. We work closely with senior engineers, machine learning engineers/data scientists/economists and product managers.

 what will you do

•  Influence cross-functional stakeholders with analytics products that translate the output and impact of our models into actionable business insights.
•  Planning, conducting and analyzing the results of A/B tests of  search and recommendation algorithms and strategies for new products; We also develop new test and test analysis methods.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to generate new insights and inform our product plans. Reporting and monitoring of own KPI; this includes anomaly detection and advanced measurement techniques.
• Communicate key insights and recommendations to  leaders across the organization

 What you need

•  Curiosity, courage, honesty and a team-oriented attitude
•  Bachelor's degree, preferably in a quantitative field (computer science, technology, mathematics, statistics, economics)
•  1.5 years of work experience in the field (in addition to the degree).
• Knowledge of structured programming languages ​​SQL and Python and a strong desire and ability to further develop skills.
• Experience in experimental design (A/B tests) and statistical analysis to support business decision making.
