CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure providers have obtained all POs, shipped entire orders and closed out POs. Contact providers and inner departments as necessary.
• Maintain correct ETAs and order portions for department and DIR, and supplier buy orders.
• Monitor, correct, and near out late supplier invoices to make sure MRP and buy order accuracy.
• Process workflow mistakes in SAP for supplier’s EDI transactions.
• Maintain and entire Problem Tickets generated via way of means of branches.
• Review backorders and troubles with Buyers and Managers.
• Develop dating with providers and collaborate with providers to remedy troubles and backorder issues.

Education

• High college degree or equivalent
• Relevant Work Experience
• At least 2 years of revel in preparing/processing requisitions and buy orders.

Additional

• Intermediate stage talent in Microsoft Word (for example: placing headers, web page breaks, web page numbers and tables and/or adjusting desk columns).
• Intermediate stage talent in Microsoft Excel (for example: the use of SUM function, putting borders, putting column width, placing charts, the use of textual content wrap, sorting, putting headers and footers and/or print scaling).
• Ability to calculate figures and quantities together with discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, probabilities and volume.
• Ability to use standards of primary algebra and data withinside the interpretation and relationships in SAP.
