 Starbucks Global Supply Chain Finance is seeking a Business Intelligence Manager to support our Finance team in reporting, coordinating and supporting projects related to our global internal and external manufacturing operations. This position  also involves leadership that requires effective communication and reporting to finance and supply chain managers. Our team is tasked with providing critical financial support to  our global manufacturing organization. To accomplish this, the ideal candidate must have experience in effective written and verbal communication, the ability to interpret and summarize large amounts of information, knowledge of manufacturing and/or production operations, cross-functional collaboration and  process improvement efforts.

 As a Business Intelligence Manager, you will be…

•  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate, communicate and manage schedules, deliverables and consolidation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts and monthly results.
•  Lead review sessions with senior management and CFO through effective communication and presentation
•  Create complex models, research and analyze the actual performance of business units based on the objectives of operational plans, strategic plans and forecasts. Assess opportunities and risks and suggest recommended options. Perform in-depth analysis needed to support investment decisions for business programs and products, including measurement against key financial metrics and goals.
•  Design and manage business unit and department processes and policies to ensure  programs align with corporate business goals and objectives.
•  Prepare, communicate and train client groups and teams on changes to organizational policies and practices.

•  Advanced experience in financial analysis, modeling, budgeting and business planning for 7 years
•   5 years of experience in the relevant field
•  Participating in and leading cross-functional teams for 5 years
•  Making recommendations  and influencing decision makers within 5 years
•  Project management experience
