 The Business Development Associate will work closely with the Business Development, Games Partnerships team to support key strategic initiatives across multiple business pillars. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for business development, a keen understanding of game products, and execution of backend acquisition, evaluation and game partnership agreements across mobile, PC and console.

Obligations

•  Support Business Development Managers and Senior Game Managers in close collaboration with Netflix teams  to help ensure the successful execution of game partnership agreements.
• Stay  on top of the complexities and priorities of how Business Development works with cross-functional teams (eg production, creative, direct ops, marketing, PR, engineering, etc.) to support and streamline daily workflow.
• Perform data entry tasks to help monitor business relationships and the game acquisition process.
• Work with Business Development Managers and other stakeholders to coordinate NDAs for external partners and suppliers.
• Help plan and coordinate all high-level partner meetings. Includes communication between internal functional teams and external partners. 
• Coordinate logistics such as travel arrangements, accommodation and location of meeting rooms for all business development team members attending major gaming events and conferences. 
• Take responsibility for presentations and distribute post-event meeting reports summarizing key insights, actions and next steps to all relevant internal stakeholders. 

Qualifications

•  Proven minimum of 2 years of partner-specific gaming industry experience in business development, account management and/or partner management. 
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
•  Knowledge of the gaming industry including mobile, PC and console platforms.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to  build effective relationships with internal and external partners.
• We can develop quickly, in a very ambiguous dynamic environment.
•  Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business goals.
•  Knowledge of current and emerging industry trends, awareness of competitors and new business opportunities. 
• Experience  learning  new technologies quickly and share knowledge for internal stakeholders to gain actionable knowledge.
