 As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for developing and managing the experience team's authorized location-based entertainment partners worldwide. This role would help  secure new opportunities by identifying potential partners and revitalizing programs. You will be the center of communication between licensed partners and internal stakeholders,  maintaining consistent project timelines, financial reports and business updates.

What you  do:

•  Manage licensee partners to ensure brand integrity and business success. Be the primary point of contact for all licensed partners, providing support as needed. Interact with key stakeholders in CP, brand partnerships, content, real estate and marketing. Find new opportunities for brand collaboration on licensed experiences.
• Work with  brand partnerships and sponsorship teams to identify and unlock new opportunities for our experiences. 
• In collaboration with the Director, identify new opportunities with innovative partners to maximize reach and impact.  Prepare sales materials and presentations to share with potential licensing partners.
• Developing projects and portfolios for internal meetings and stakeholders. 
• Ensure  royalty reports are received from all licensees and payments are due.
• Focus on unique and innovative partnerships that drive social impact and conversation. 
• Travel globally to find new opportunities/partners, attend business meetings and perform QA on existing projects.
•  Integrate our overall business strategy  with all partners in manufacturing "ways of working". Hold regular meetings with key stakeholders to update  progress and solicit feedback. 

What we need from you:

•  Proven, 5 years  experience in the branded entertainment industry or related field. Information on both permanent and excursions.
• Knowledge of licensing activities. Excellent communication skills both verbally and digitally. Excellent project management skills. 
• Ability to think outside the box and find innovative solutions to problems.
•   Excellent organizational skills using digital tools and Google Suite.
• Willing to take risks, always acting in Netflix's best interests.
