 In this role you will:

•  Act as an advisor to management to develop or influence goals, plans, specifications, resources and long-term goals for highly complex business and technical needs
•  Design and perform highly complex analyzes to identify and correct data quality or integrity  and  identify and correct process or control deficiencies.
•  Lead  strategy and solution to highly complex and unique challenges that require in-depth assessment across multiple industries or businesses, providing solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, sophisticated analytical and inductive thinking.
•  Evaluate data quality metrics and data quality controls to compare data quality
•  Provide senior management with vision, direction and expertise in implementing innovative and meaningful business solutions
•  Recommend correction of process or control deficiencies in accordance with the management strategy
•  Communicate strategically with professionals and managers at all levels of the company and act as an expert advisor to management
•  Represent the client in cross-functional teams to develop enterprise information management strategies
•  Work with teams across the enterprise to coordinate and foster collaboration in designing solutions and implementing improvements

 Required Qualifications, USA:

•  7 years of data management, business analysis, analytics or project management experience or equivalent experience as evidenced by one or a combination of the following: work experience, education, military experience, training.

 Desired Qualification:

•  Experience implementing data structures and data models and creating data services and service interfaces
•  Understanding of automation and software deployment techniques (CI/CD)
•  Strong knowledge of SQL  and  experience with relational databases
•  Ability to create data visualization experiences using a variety of custom and off-the-shelf software: JavaScript, Grafana, Power BI, Tableau and related tools
•  Strong interpersonal and engagement skills required to lead people in teams and interact with business stakeholders to develop requirements for data visualization and analysis.
•  Strong analytical mindset leads to  development of  WXPS product knowledge
