 MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 4-year degree or equivalent work experience
•  5 years of software development experience

•  Knowledge of package-specific configuration and deployment and ability to build custom solutions
•  Designs new test methods and resolves routine and unusual technical problems with minimal assistance
•  Demonstrates strong expertise in core development platforms in their domain
•  Builds strong team commitment  to support  appropriate group priorities
•  Communicate agile concepts clearly to  product team partners
•  Demonstrates a solid understanding of the impact of their work on the team and/or guests
•  Write and organize code in multiple computer languages, including distributed programming, and understand different frameworks and paradigms
•  Delivers efficient, scalable, repeatable and secure results with wide impact (high throughput and low latency)
•  Influences and implements information standards, policies and procedures
