 This is a Senior Application Development, Maintenance and Enhancement Developer role. Analyze, design, develop,  test and maintain applications that meet both functional and technical requirements  following agile software development methods. Manage module level priorities, deadlines and deliverables independently and also provide guidance to junior team members on these deliverables. This is a developer  working on the WF Admin application as part of the TCOO team.

 In this role you will:

•  Lead moderately complex technology initiatives  and participate in large-scale IT framework initiatives related to business strategy deliverables
•  Build and maintain optimized and highly available data pipelines that facilitate deeper analysis and reporting
•  Review and analyze moderately complex business, operational or technical challenges that require a thorough assessment of changing factors
•  Oversee  data integration work, including developing  data models, maintaining the data warehouse and analytics environment, and writing  data integration and analytics scripts.
•  Solve moderately complex problems and lead teams to complete IT tasks using a strong understanding of IT policies, procedures and compliance requirements.
•  Collaborate and negotiate with peers and supervisors to resolve IT issues and achieve strategic goals

 Required Qualifications, USA:

• 4 years of IT experience or equivalent experience as evidenced by one or a combination of: work experience, education, military experience, training
•  2 years experience in Ab Initio 

 Desired Qualification:

•  years experience with Autosys 
•  3 years of UNIX experience 
•  1 year of Kafka Platform experience, Confluent Platform experience or a combination of both
•  Experience with Agile Kanban
•   ServiceNow experience
•  Experience supporting or leading offshore teams
•  Ability to consult, create and maintain strong working relationships within and outside the immediate department
•  Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment where key team members and partners are located in different time zones and locations
•  Expertise in Google Cloud preferred.
