We are responsible for the end-to-end digital and physical Guest experience for all technology & digitally led initiatives across the Attractions & Entertainment, Food & Beverage, Resorts & Transportation and Merchandise lines of business, as well as other initiatives such as Hey, Disney!
This role sits in the Data Products & Platforms organization within Disney Experiences, and as a Sr Manager, Data Product Management you will report into the Director who oversees Cast and Operations data.

You will have a proven background in data stewardship, data modeling, data management, data governance, and data integration practices, enabling you to guide teams in delivering high-quality, performant, and robust solutions. You will lead all aspects of assigned data initiatives and a studio of Data Product managers who craft, build, and improve the framework and processes that handle consumer data, ensuring freshness, completeness, security, and privacy. You are expected to collaborate with multi-functional teams and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical team members.
You will report to Director-Technology.
You Have:
10+ years of experience with the delivery of data solutions, including directly leading Data Product Management resources
Strong understanding of data & business concepts including data architecture, data modeling design, analytical attitude and documentation skills.
Ability to follow the full delivery life cycle of business engagement through to conceptual, logical and physical data design and project delivery; supporting business units data, business intelligence and AI/ML needs
Strong collaboration and partnership skills with the ability to interface and influence across multiple levels within the organization
Build a strong culture of standards, governance, and reliability for our data product managers
Lead and manage a team of Data Product Owners, providing guidance, direction, and support in their day-to-day activities. Develop and implement a comprehensive analytics strategy to support the organization's business objectives
Act as the authority on data ownership delivery practices, able to speak to capabilities and processes to multiple levels of the organization
Technical exposure within data, platforms, and tools
Experience working in the hospitality, travel, or entertainment industry, is preferred
Required Education:
Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience in Advanced Data Management, Mathematics, or Statistical Analysis
Preferred Education:
Master’s degree and/or equivalent work experience

The hiring range for this position in Glendale, CA is $180,645 to $242,330 per year and in Seattle, WA is $189,256 to $253,880 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
