 what are you doing

•  Optimize and integrate existing man-hour regression pipelines to support  software automation 
•  Create and use scalable and reliable datasets for designers for machine learning engineers to use in model training/validation
•  Collaborate effectively with engineers and perform end-to-end analysis from data requirements gathering to data processing and modeling.
•  Define and monitor key product and pipeline metrics and understand the root causes of changes in these metrics
•  Obtain information from primary or secondary data sources and manage databases/information systems to improve operational and research analysis
•  Automate analysis and authoring pipelines using SQL and Python-based ETL frameworks
•  Improve underlying information systems through collaboration with key multidisciplinary stakeholders
•  Check data quality  to ensure that the integrity of the data meets business requirements
•  Interpret complex data and performance metrics, analyze results using statistical techniques and tell a story about observed patterns/trends.
•  Work with management to prioritize business and information needs

•  Experience in fully implementing data pipelines consumed by production software applications
•  Knowledge of different communication protocols (REST API, Websockets)
•  Experience with open source machine learning libraries and frameworks (Tensorflow, Keras, SKLearn, SciPy, PyStan/Bayesian Inference)
•  Experience with version control (Git)
•  Experience with command line functions (bash, zsh)
•  Comfortable with code testing (unit test, pytest)
•  Knowledge of continuous integration pipelines (Docker, Jenkins, Kubernetes)
•  Able to work under pressure, collaborate and manage competing demands under tight deadlines
•  Passion and curiosity for data and data-driven decision making
