Full Jobs Description

Responsibilities:

•  Make outbound calls to prepaid card users to promote insurance products, including life and general insurance products;
•  Increasing sales volumes and achieving the set sales target;
•  Provide customers with first-class service support according to the quality standard;
•  Build reliable and long-term customer relationships.

 Competence

•  IIQE Paper 1,2,3 required;
•  At least 2 years  experience working in telephone service. Strong sales history in life insurance products is a plus;
•  Effective customer relations and good communication skills;
•  Proactive, independent, self-reliant;
•  Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure;
•  Good command of English and Cantonese, spoken and written, Mandarin is an advantage.

 Successful completion of a background check in accordance with applicable laws and regulations is a prerequisite for American Express employment.
