  What you do:

•  As an authentic brand ambassador for the Wayfair family, lead and create the best  customer experience by connecting them to our world's largest and best home networking selection, brought to life in our stores.  Deliver  sales and service KPIs, productivity standards with personalized virtual design consultation
•  Guide customers  on product features and functionality, style and product coordination, and tailoring requests, including  store selection and endless aisle
•  Introduce the online option and mobile website and app capabilities.
• Use your marketing and branding knowledge/passion to help  our customers navigate their design needs and purchases using the in-store and online selection that suits their needs.
•  Help with entry on the store and, if necessary, in the design studio.
• Present design options using randomly suggested design tools - mood boards, 2D floor plans. Use planning tools, CRM software and customer accounts to maintain a consistent customer experience and save when needed
•  Ability to navigate multiple software, third party and proprietary tools to provide  recommendations to clients based on their budget, style and space.
•  Ask good questions that will help you  provide your customers with the perfect sales solution. Show confidence at the closing of the sale and inform customers about the different ways to buy, including in-store, online, our app or with an offer. Be knowledgeable about in-store and online services - credit, financing, warranty, installation and delivery, always considering the added value of the customer's purchases. 
• Participate in all  store operations including but not limited to:  new product preparation, floor sets, replenishment, exchange and general  store maintenance
•  Present a positive and professional attitude to clients and your team members every day. Willingness to share innovative ideas and solutions to continuously improve the team's operations.

 Criterion:

•  2 years of sales experience (preferably in a design-related environment).
• Experience in interior design, art, architecture, fashion sales is beneficial
•  A passion for good customer service and a desire to exceed sales targets. 
• Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, communication skills and relationship management.
• Experience breaking through in a fast-paced and changing environment.  Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team in a sales environment. 
• Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office applications is a plus.
• Technical proficiency to learn the necessary software. Contributors are expected to be prepared to meet the needs of the company.
• All employees are expected to represent the brand through thoughtful communication, personal appearance and professionalism.
