•  Identify opportunities to introduce new technologies. 
• .Manage stateful and stateless on-demand environments in bare metal and containerized infrastructure, including provisioning and configuration of cluster services, capacity planning, performance tuning and continuous monitoring.  Understanding of Kubernetes security, networking and cloud-based models.
• Understand factors affecting distributed system performance. As a partner with the Enterprise Architecture and Frameworks organization in the development of innovative development strategies. 
• Troubleshoot technical issues to determine the root cause of problems and find a solution or workaround. 
• Advanced  expertise in building high-performance data and analytics products. 
• Proven practical development skills in programming languages ​​(e.g. Java, Python)
•  Proven hands-on development experience in containers (e.g. docker) and large-scale instrumentation (e.g. Yarn, Kubernetes)
•  Proven hands-on development skills in automation tools (e.g. Ansible)
•  Workshop on software-based data center networking. 
• Working knowledge of Cloud Native power management techniques for throttling, rate limiting and priority based load offloading. Reproduce/debug issues and  file bug reports as needed, escalate incidents to core tech and provide  necessary documentation. 
• Ability to isolate problems between hardware and software and provide information to  appropriate engineering teams
•  We would like to point out that lateral salary increases are made only in exceptional cases and in accordance with remuneration guidelines. 

Minimum requirements

•  5 years of hands-on experience  supporting distributed systems and microservices applications in production. 
• Working knowledge and experience in Linux, SQL, NoSQL, database concepts and information modeling. Knowledge of data processing, optimization techniques, data transformation, and  design/development of networking pipelines is required. Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Citus, Postgres, Elasticsearch, Prometheus, Grafana and ServiceMesh. 
• Experience with  Bash, Ruby or Python scripting. Experience with one or more programming languages ​​such as Java, Go, Python. 
• Experience using Linux in system administration. Ability to apply data, analytical and observational skills and a mindset at scale. Ability to take initiative and a strong desire to learn quickly  and adopt new technical concepts. 
• Passionate, enthusiastic, energetic team player. 
• Good verbal and written communication skills and ability to answer questions directly. 

Preferred Qualifications

•  You should have extensive knowledge of distributed systems, system design and performance optimization. 
• Experience monitoring critical systems with metrics and alerts in private cloud computing environments. 
• Experience  measuring, analyzing and optimizing performance.  Strong understanding of concurrency, parallelism and distributed system concepts. 
• Passion for quality code, tests, documentation and production services.
